Students & Sponsors 

This year, for the first time, AILIA has introduced the ‘Sponsor a student’ option, at a discounted rate. Translation, languages and interpretation students are welcome to track down a sponsor to cover their participation or request to be matched to a Sponsor. These student spots are based on availability and number of Sponsors.  Student identification card will be required upon arrival.

AILIA AGM & Post-AGM Dinner

Everyone is welcome to attend AILIA's Annual General Meeting. Only AILIA Members may vote.

Following the AGM at 7:30 pm is a group dinner at Baton Rouge Restaurant with a set menu of $39.00 plus taxes. Dinner is a pay your own way event.

Rendez-vous Ottawa-Gatineau

Join us on the Penthouse Floor of the Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre for Rendez-vous Ottawa-Gatineau. We have an exciting full-day event with different tracks and amazing speakers culminating in an evening Reception.

Includes:

• continental breakfast
• lunch 
• closing reception with hors-d'œuvres and a drink
• all fees listed are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Etudiants et commanditaires

Cette année, pour la première fois, l’AILIA a instauré l’option de « commanditer un étudiant », à un tarif réduit. Les étudiant(e)s en traduction, langues et interprétation sont invité(e)s à dénicher un commanditaire pour prendre en charge leur participation. Ces places pour étudiants sont basées sur la disponibilité et le nombre de commanditaires. L'identification par carte étudiante sera requise lors de l'arrivée.

AGA de l'AILIA suivie d'un souper

Tous sont invités à participer à l’Assemblée générale annuelle de l’AILIA. Seuls les membres de l’AILIA ont le droit de vote.

L’AGA sera immédiatement suivie d'un souper à 19 h 30 au restaurant Bâton Rouge, avec un menu à prix fixe de 39,00 $ plus taxes. Tous les invités sont tenus de payer leur propres repas et boisson(s).
